MAHEK KNOWS HOW TO KICK ASS





While many celebrities swear by power yoga and Taekwondo to keep fit, actress Mahek Chahal, who is currently  being seen on Bigg Boss season 5 and has got people raving about her figure in & outside the house, prefers kick boxing.  She has been training for the past one year. Though most people take to kick boxing for self defence,  Mahek practises it as part of her daily fitness regime and trains every day for an hour.


                         
                                                      It’s a sport that not only works every muscle in your body, but also toughens your mind. After a one hour workout, she is said to be bursting with energy and feels ready to take on the world. Kick boxing not only helps her keep fit but is also a great stress buster. Sources close to her said tat “If she is upset with someone or something she just takes it all out on the punching bag.
Kickboxing it seems has not only made her get a body to die for but has made her mentally strong, so she could face all that is happening in the house.
So we now know that Mahek does really know how to kick some ass really well and where all that training to do so comes from.
