The audio launch of Unnathamanavan happened recently at the Film Chamber premises amidst tight security. Tension prevailed at the premises when assistant directors started distributing pamphlets condemning the producer of the film Suresh Kumar for sidelining director Sundareswaran.
The assistant directors joined hands in support of Sudareswaran who complained that his name was not printed on the audio launch invitations and on the film posters. Following this, there was a protest and the police had to be called in to pacify the protestors.
Finally, the function took off with SA Chandrasekar, TG Thyagarajan, T Siva. Keyar and others participating in it.
