Bollywood actor, Vidya Balan who is riding high on success of her latest critically acclaimed flick denies rumors of getting pricey. Apparently, Vidya was offered to play the female lead for the sequel of Saket Chaudhary’s hit film, ‘Pyaar Ke Side Effects’. The sequel would be titled ‘Shaadi Ke Side Effects’. Director turned actor and singer, Farhan Akhtar has been approached to play the male lead opposite Vidya.
According to the grapevine, Vidya had charged exorbitant price of money for the role which is even more than what the lead actor, Farhan Akhtar demanded. However, Vidya has denied such allegations and stated, ‘Talks are going on about the film. We have not yet come to that level to discuss money. I do not know who spreads such kind of rumors, but I have never spoken about my remunerations in public in past and neither I will speak about it in future’. Reportedly, Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor were approached to play the female lead and actor, Akshay Kumar was approached to play the male lead for the same sequel.
