There was an announcement that Rajapattai will be distributed by Sun Pictures. But now we are told that Sun Pictures have opted to move out of the project and this has been confirmed by its COO Sembian.
Rajapattai was slated for a December 16th release and with the Sun Pictures pulling off at the last moment, chances of it hitting the theaters on the said date seems uncertain.
The film stars Vikram and Deeksha Seth in the lead roles and is directed by Suseenthiran. Rajapattai was initially produced by the sons of popular producer Kanakaratna Ramesh but later shifted hands to PVP Cinemas.
With Sun Pictures moving out of the project, looks like PVP Cinemas will distribute the film as well.
