Vishnu of Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu and Kullanari Kootam is looking forward to his film with National Award winning director, Seenu Ramasamy which has been titled, Neer Paravaigal. It will be about the lives of fishermen. Red Giant Movies will be producing this film.
Bindhu Madhavi, who made an impact with Veppam is the heroine. She had to audition for the part and managed to impress the makers with her acting skills. The director said that she is perfect for the character.
